However, we understand that plans can change, and life's unexpected events can arise. If you find yourself needing to make any adjustments to your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This advanced notice allows us to offer that time slot to another valued client who may be on our waitlist. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy. In the event that we receive inadequate notice, and you do not inform us within the 24-hour window, a charge of 50% for the services you initially scheduled will be applied to your credit card on file. We simply ask that this amount be settled before your next appointment to ensure smooth and efficient service for you and our other clients. If a stylist is running late for an upcoming appointment due to unexpected circumstances, such as heavy traffic or unforeseen delays, we understand the importance of notifying our clients in a timely manner, which is why we make every effort to reach out to you at least 15-30 minutes ahead of time. In the event that you find yourself running a little behind schedule for your appointment, we kindly request that you give us a call in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. It's worth noting that if you happen to be running 15 minutes late for an appointment, there is a possibility that we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can accommodate both you and our other valued clients in the best possible way.
