Joshua Lawrence Bethka (“Josh”) and Joshua Lawrence Henderson (“Lawrence”) met through the magical power of hair artistry and the twist of fate and extremely rare coincidence of having the same first and middle name. Their first industry career moves, beginning with Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas, set a hefty standard for their inevitable future. Both Josh and Lawrence worked for Aveda and embraced the culture of eastern methods of global sustainability and relaxation and mixed it with western ideologies of customer service and experience to create their unique brand of salon/spa. After years of hard work, education and dedication, while gathering probably the most fabulous guest list Fredericksburg has, they spawned Joshua Lawrence Salon.
